I think that it is safe to say that God does not approve of sexual relations between a man and a woman prior to marriage, or the conception of children as a result of such relations. The Bible also speaks of fertility as a blessing in passages such as Deuteronomy 7:14. However, I am not aware of any scriptural reference that specifically speaks of God punishing a woman who gives birth to an out-of-wedlock child by subsequently making her barren.

(God caused the women of Abimelech's household to be barren as a result of Abimelech's sin with Abraham's wife Sarah (Genesis 20), but that had nothing to do with sin on Sarah's part. God also apparently caused David's wife Michal to be barren as a punishment (2 Samuel 6:20-23), but it was because she had disrespected David, rather than as a result of any sexual sin.)

I would say that, if a woman has been sexually active prior to being married, it increases the possibility that she may have been exposed to conditions or diseases that may result in subsequent infertility, but I would not regard that as being a specific punishment from God, but rather as a "natural" or expected possible consequence of her behavior.
