Gods word is clear in that He hates divorce, but if either spouse is unfaithful or dies, the other spouse is free to remarry.

Yes, she can remarry. The question is not specific enough for me. I have concerns about divorce, in general, like why did she divorce, was the ex- husband a believer or not, and why is she remarrying? I do not see an issue with two non-believers marrying. This seems to be the norm these days.
Another question, how long was the first marriage?
