I would say that, according to the doctrine of original sin (as discussed by Paul in Romans 5:12-21 and 1 Corinthians 15:22, and as indicated even in the Old Testament by passages such as Psalm 51:5), all people (even before they can commit actual sin) are born with a sinful nature as a lasting consequence of the first sin that Adam committed. We are not responsible for it at that point from the perspective of it being a punishment for anything that we individually have done, but it is an inescapable aspect of being part of the fallen human race. Christ was the only exception to it because of the miraculous manner in which He was conceived (Luke 1:26-38).
