If the questioner has a specific verse in mind where that particular English phrase is used, the website http://www.biblehub.com would contain the Hebrew wording of it, as well as the English transliteration and meaning of that wording, and also a link to Strong's Bible concordance, which would list every verse in the Bible that contains that same wording.

For example, in Numbers 12:8, where God indicates that He speaks with Moses face-to-face, the Hebrew word translated as "speak" is Anglicized as "adabber", and the corresponding link to Strong's concordance lists 36 separate times where that specific word appears in the Hebrew text of the Old Testament.
