The Spiritual gift of leadership is holiness and walking towards perfection. A leader in a church is seen by all the congregation as an example to emulate, in words, actions and deeds. Psalm 37:30, "The mouths of the righteous utter wisdom, and their tongues speak what is just." Holiness is a Christian attribute; what is holy is dedicated and concentrated for Godly worship according to the Lord's teaching. The tendency of all Christians is to attain righteousness, and be occupied with the holy spirit of God, therefore the guidance must be appropriate, which suggest that the church leaders must be righteous. 2 Corinthians 7:1, "Having, therefore, these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God." Righteousness is considered as behavior that is morally justifiable or right. Such behavior is characterized by accepted standards of morality, justice, virtue, or uprightness. Romans 12:12, "Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer." The Bible’s standard of human righteousness is God’s own perfection in every attribute, every attitude, every behavior, and every word. And which also involves the conduct and good relationship with other people, and our personal relationship with God. 1 Peter 3:14,"But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled."
