The Moravians are a Proto Protestant denomination. They have existed for more than 500 years and believe in very similar core doctrines, including that Jesus Christ was born, died and rose again on the third day. They place a high value on personal conversion to Christ (called new birth).

Moravians originally came from ancient Bohemia and took their name from the eir birthplace Moravia. They have a membership of 750,000 worldwide.
