Use your business profits to fulfill or accomplish that vision. Profit is good. Profit used for good is better. (Mark 8:36) Say Yes to those things that will make you and your organization better, and No to things that won't. Live up to your word. Make your signature mean something. Fulfill your commitments. (Matthew 5:36-37) Make the move from owner to overseer. Practice stewardship. Use your resources wisely. Remember that God owns it all, and that He will reward those that use the resources He entrusts to them to their maximum capability. Be ready to give an accounting for all of your decisions. Seek to hear the words "well done." (Matthew 25:23) Sow bountifully. Be generous with your seeds. Plant daily. Be constantly trying new things. Don't be afraid to start small. Practice patience. (Proverbs 4:26-27) Seek first the principles of God and His kingdom. Know your priorities. Honor God with the first fruits in all aspects of your life and leadership. (Matthew 6:33) Find passionate and reliable people. When a company finds the gifts and passions of their people and discerns how to release those passions, then higher productivity is enjoyed by the person and the company.
