Psalm 116:12 What shall I render to the Lord

In my opinion, the verse is referring to a drink offering presented in thanks to God, similar to that referenced in a passage such as Numbers 15:5-6, where it was commanded to be part of a thank-offering to God following Israel's safe possession of Canaan.
