Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between you - Satan and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; it - her seed [Jesus] shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel. Number one, this verse is what John 1:14 was referring to: And the word [which God had spoken about the woman's seed - Jesus] was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. As we see from the biblical revelation Satan did indeed bruise the heal of Jesus - which result was the the Jesus was crucified. Scripture also says that the seed of the woman - Jesus shall bruise the head of Satan and that will happen when he is caste into the lake of fire. Revelation 20:10 and the Devil - the Adversary - Satan, who is leading them astray, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where are the beast and the false prophet, and they shall be tormented day and night — to the ages of the ages. From the time that God spoke Genesis 3:15 all those that were His looked forward for the one to come, the coming one, who did come and that happened when Jesus was born of a woman under that law. Galatians 4::4: But when the fullness of the time was come, God sent forth His son, made of a woman, made under the law.
Genesis 3:15: And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel. God created Adam from the dust of the ground, giving him the breath of life to become a living soul. He placed him in the Garden of Eden and instructed him to tend to it and to eat freely from every tree except the tree of knowledge of good and evil. (Gen 2:15-17) Adam’s only task was to tend to the trees, keep them clean, and eat their fruits. However, Satan, the serpent who had been cast out of heaven with his fallen angels the scorpions were all around to lick the dust off the ground where they were cast and crawled. (Lk 10:19/Micah 7:17) Satan, knowing of the tree of good and evil deceived Eve, who had been created from Adam’s rib to be his help meet. (Gen 2:20,22) Their eyes were opened to good and evil and then they were cast out of the Garden of Eden. They had to till the ground, which was cursed and brought forth thorns and thistles that bruised their heels to make the right decisions. They could only eat the herbs of the field they grew. This led Adam and Eve to make tough decisions and many times to bruise, Satan and his fallen angels' heads, to make the right decisions by the sweat of their faces to eat, just as our Lord Jesus had appointed and sent men who came and told Him, "The devils are subjected unto us." (Luke 10:17) Adam and Eve were sent out to discern the knowledge of good and evil and make the right decisions. This led them to tread and bruise the serpent's head and to take complete control over it, just as Mose feared to go to Pharaoh to bring forth the chosen people of God. He was told to cast the rod that was in his hand to the ground which became a serpent and then was caught by its tail and became a rod in his hand. (Exo 4:2-4) Thus they were given the power to discern as our Lord Jesus gave to His disciples and his followers to tread on serpents and scorpions and over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall by any means hurt them. (Lk 10:19) Luke 10:19: Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
