When God revealed His plan to destroy the world with a Flood, He told Noah, "I will blot out man whom I have created from the face of the land, man and animals and creeping things and birds of the heavens, for I am sorry that I have made them" (Genesis 6:7) Doesn't this mean God didn't realize what He was doing when He created everything? That He had doubts? That He was trying to correct His own mistake? It certainly doesn't seem to indicate that he is omniscient.
Genesis 6:7
