Jack Gutknecht

ABC/DTS graduate, guitar music ministry Baptist church
I am a factory worker. I came to Christ through a Billy Graham crusade to which my grandmother took my sister and me in 1964. I have played 12-string guitar in both our English and Spanish worship services at the church.

The "ABC/DTS graduate" means that I graduated from Arizona Bible College 'magna cum laude' and from Dallas Theological Seminary.

I got "The Map and Compass Award" from Scottsdale Bible Church for getting my carload lost so many times on College and Career outings. I haven't changed much.

We are proud cat owners of a Domestic Shorthair tabby, "Sophie," who was a kitten abandoned at a busy intersection in Atlanta and who crawled into the wheel well of the car of my brother-in-law, while he was paused at a stoplight. A nearby car had to call his attention to her before the light turned green!

Daniel 9:24 - 27

24 Seventy weeks are decreed about your people and your holy city, to finish the transgression, to put an end to sin, and to atone for iniquity, to bring in everlasting righteousness, to seal both vision and prophet, and to anoint a most holy place. 25 Know therefore and understand that from the going out of the word to restore and build Jerusalem to the coming of an anointed one, a prince, there shall be seven weeks. Then for sixty-two weeks it shall be built again with squares and moat, but in a troubled time.
