I am an IT Professional who came from India and worked in US

I am an IT Professional from India. I did my engineering in India. Came to USA for working in IT. I worked in Los Angeles CA for a healthcare company's IT Department. This company hired me from India and relocated me to USA in 2000 on the promise of green card, permanent job in USA. I started working in LA from 2000. I purchased house, car etc. I was well settled there. I purchased a condo in Valencia CA in 2004. While staying in this condo some community members from Valencia and invited me to participate in their community events in festivals, times etc.In 2007, I was invited to come to India for a vacation which got extended. I was planning to get married and come back and continue working in USA, possibly in the very same condo I had purchased and stayed earlier. 

In 2010, I got married in India. Daughter born to us.Due to some health issues within the family, I stayed in India till 2014. Meanwhile, my passport with US visa was lost. It took some time to get a new passport, visa. My wife, daughter did not have US visas.In 2015 I went to Singapore. My wife, daughter came to SIngapore. However, haze in Singapore affected my family's health and we came back to India in 2015.

I continued working in India since 2016. Also my H1B was applied from a company from India. This H1B went to RFE in 2016. I shifted my family to Bangalore, I continued working till 2017. My contract in Bangalore ended. In 2018 April, I went to USA for a month to try for a rehire with the company I had worked earlier for 7+ yrs. In fact it could have been great if the company relocated me from India along with my daughter, family. My daughter was very close to me. In fact on the day I went to USA, my daughter had tears in her eyes which I still remember. Anyway I went to USA in April 2018 and stayed there for a month, tried for rehire, did not happen.

I came back to India in May 2018. By that time, my family along with my daughter were shifted to my wife's relative's place. My wife's relatives did not allow me into their house nor allowed my daughter, wife to come with me to outside, in spite of my daughter requesting several times. Even though I made several tries to meet my daughter, wife, they did not allow. My wife's relatives are not only lawyers, they have family feuds going on in their family for years and not treating my wife, daughter well.In fact, just for one month trip to USA, to try and re-establish in my career, I went, they did not provide support for that also. I did not have a house in India. My house in USA was gone. US authorities should give special consideration for people like me who purchased house in USA etc. They should proactively reach out and help bring my family, wife, daughter to USA and provide opportunity for me to work there and also provide the same house which I had purchased earlier. Now, it has been almost 2 years and there is no contact with my daughter, wife. I am staying alone in a different city, my family somewhere else, no contact,do not know how they are. This is causing me issues. I am concerned about my little daughter, 8 yrs old. She should not be unnecessarily affected due to issues such as delay in processing h1b visa or the law work of my wife's relatives who do their business from home, keep dogs and prevent relatives from entering their house.Children should come first, my daughter should come first. She should come back to me immediately along with my wife. This is my priority now along with getting a job
