Why was only one widow healed, and only Naaman cured of leprosy?

Luke 4:25 - 27

ESV - 25 But in truth, I tell you, there were many widows in Israel in the days of Elijah, when the heavens were shut up three years and six months, and a great famine came over all the land. 26 And Elijah was sent to none of them but only to Zarephath, in the land of Sidon, to a woman who was a widow.

Our Lord Jesus, having two distinct natures—both divine and human—and being born of men in flesh, was not accepted by his own people, for he could do no healings and deliverance for their lack of faith. (Mat 13:58) Elijah being in the brook of Cherith was fed, and now he moved towards Zarephath in Zion, hungered and in thirst (1 Kings 17:10) to this widow who was in pain and anguish, yet believed in the Lord’s word through the prophet in faith; she did according to Elijah and ate for many days.

The woman from Zarephath in Zion was prepared to die with the last morsel she had, but yet with a repentant, full, heart believed in the Lord God of Israel, and was blessed until the day He sent rain upon the earth. (1 Kings 17:14) Very few during trials will humble themselves, for the most will curse for the situations they go through.

In the time of Elisha there were many lepers in Israel, for many wrought evils in the sight of the Lord and cleaved unto it, which made Israel to sin. (2 Kings 3:2-3) Naaman was a gentile coming into the land of Israel in faith (but with pride), yet sought for healing through a destined (intended) captive Israeli little maid, and knew that there was no God in all the earth but in Israel, which the Israelites strayed away from. Naaman was blessed.
