From a business perspective, yes, you should. If all your customers know that you will not insist on collection, then you will be out of business fairly soon! Luke 6:35 is really talking about going above and beyond on a *personal* context. If your best friend or family member borrows money from you, will you report them to the collection agency if they fail to pay? Most people will not. Jesus asks you to go one step further. You shouldn't just do good to people who love you. That is easy. Even sinners can love people who love them (Luke 6:32). If you truly understand the heart of Christ, then you will love even your enemies and treat them as your friend or family. And in that context, you lend without expecting to be repaid.
