What are the tribes/names for each gate of the New Jerusalem in Rev. 21:12?

Are these the tribes listed in Rev 7:5-8? If so, why does this list disagree with the names in Eze 48:31-34?

My personal opinion and possibly wrong is that: the description given in the book Ezekiel from Ezekiel 40 to the end of his book is about the millennial kingdom; when Jesus and David will rule on earth after the battle of Armageddon. Jerusalem, the temple and the Holy District will be on earth during the Millennium until the time of the Great White Throne Judgement, the New Heaven and the New Earth.
The New Jerusalem in Revelation 21:12 is in the New Earth.
They are two different Jerusalem separated by a millennial kingdom, and a final judgment sentencing to the second death in the lake of fire.
It could also be a disagreement in names caused by transcriptions and translations of the original manuscripts.
