In my opinion, the Tree of Life that Revelation 22:2 indicates will be present in the New Jerusalem is the fulfillment of the prophetic vision that Ezekiel received in Ezekiel 47. Both Ezekiel and Revelation indicate that the fruit from the tree will serve as food for the redeemed (Ezekiel 47:12; Revelation 2:7).
