Do Hebrews 1:2 and Hebrews 11:3 suggest there is life on other planets?

Hebrews 1:2

NKJV - 2 Has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds.

A 2nd century theologian named Oregen, (spelling?) believed Mars may have preceded Earth as a planet for presumed mankind also created by God. I would like learning more about this ancient theologian. Recent discoveries of Mars indicate evidence of life forms, potentially humans. Some now theorize that during some sort of explosion on Mars, elements of whatever may have inhabited the red planet hurled into space and landed on its neighbor, Earth. I'm inclined to believe that God isn't bluffing when He, through Biblical scribes and messengers, warns of impending doom with hellfire, brimstone and damned souls. Earth being Satan's dominion, one might consider prior galactic/super-spiritual battles in what i believe is God's domain (the entire universe), in which God has to deal with pesky demons/dark energies then marginalize/punish/isolate in some way. That Earth seems to have been God's prize on which wanted his human creations to enjoy peacefully, without perversion or darkness, but with love and devotion for Him and his gifts. I'd imagine He was plenty peeved when Satan made a mess of things. So, besides the eruption of methane hydrates that led to an abrupt, explosive and earth-cooking event, maybe destroying whatever beings (maybe Marsian transplants), plenty of references warn of impending end (here on Earth). Oregen's philosophies (mystic - level insights?) deserve deeper consideration.
