Ecclesiastes 8:2
KJV - 2 I counsel thee to keep the king's commandment, and that in regard of the oath of God.

Since it was Solomon who wrote Ecclesiastes, he may have been referring to himself when he spoke of the king, or he might have been speaking in more general terms about any king. The "command" of which he speaks is not (as I understand the passage) any specific command. He is just advising one who aspires to be wise to obey any command that the king gives, especially if that same person has sworn an oath to God of obedience or loyalty to the king.
