According to Strong's Concordance,
Ariel appears six times in four verses in the KJV Bible.

Ariel = "lion of God" or "lioness of God"

A. a name applied to Jerusalem 
(Isaiah 29:1, 2, 7.)

B. the name of a chief of the returning exiles from Babylon. (Ezra 8:16)
