Who wrote the Psalms?

Psalms 1:1 - 6

KJV - 1 Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.

Although many individual psalms give an indication of who wrote them, others do not. David was the most prolific named author, being specifically listed in conjunction with 70 of the 150 psalms in the Bible, by my count. Other named authors include Asaph, the sons of Korah, Solomon, Moses, Heman the Ezrahite, and Ethan the Ezrahite, while 51 (again, by my count) do not name the author.
