Does God still miraculously confirm his Word? (Hebrews 2:3–4)

Context: Warning to Pay Attention
Hebrews 2:1 We must pay the most careful attention, therefore, to what we have heard, so that we do not drift away. 2 For since the message spoken through angels was binding, and every violation and disobedience received its just punishment, 3 how shall we escape if we ignore so great a salvation? This salvation, which was first announced by the Lord, was confirmed to us by those who heard him. 4 God also testified to it by signs, wonders and various miracles, and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

ESV - 3 How shall we escape if we neglect such a great salvation? It was declared at first by the Lord, and it was attested to us by those who heard. 4 While God also bore witness by signs and wonders and various miracles and by gifts of the Holy Spirit distributed according to his will.

First, I would say that God is still omnipotent (as He has always been),
and is capable of performing supernatural acts on any scale at any time,
according to His will and purpose.

Next, I would note (as indicated in the question) that the context of
the acts mentioned in the passage from Hebrews indicates that they
were for a specific identifiable purpose at that particular time and
place -- confirming the authority of those who were conveying the vital
message of salvation through faith in Christ, as well as the truth of that message -- from a "ground zero" starting point. Today, by contrast, the gospel has been disseminated throughout the world, and is readily accessible in a way that was not possible in Biblical times (in addition to now having God's completed revelation in the Bible).

Third, although the Bible records many miraculous acts performed by God
(both in the Old Testament, and through Christ and His disciples in the
New Testament), God has never (in my opinon) depended on such displays as His primary method of conveying His message to humans, or of inducing them to follow Him. Indeed, the Bible indicates multiple instances where those miraculous acts (including the resurrection of Christ Himself) were met with subsequent rebellion or continued unbelief on the part of those who were determined to oppose God (Luke 16:31).

Finally, it seems to me that anyone looking for ongoing confirmation by God of His word through visible signs can, in fact, still find them on a daily
basis if events are viewed through the eyes of faith -- a faith for which the Biblical accounts of God's actions provide a more-than-sufficient basis.

Knowledge in itself bears the ability to transform our way of thinking and perceptual experience even though we might not have seen the manifestation of its strength. For model, a warning, maybe not need proof for it to be true, but rather makes its subject careful consideration. The word of God is inspired by the power to bring a soul to light, transforming the inner person (2 Tim 3:16-17)

Signs speak of the "fingerprints" of God, valuable not so much for what they are as for what they indicate of the grace and power of the Almighty. We gain a testimony of his love not without proof of his dwelling among His sons and daughters. This acts not to examine our faith in him, but to testify that his presence feels a void and his word brings form to the formless through His Spirit (Gen 1:2-3).

His wonders are there to help us set our attention to God’s design and power to build His kingdom. When we pray “May your kingdom come”, sinners are made holy (John 17:17) and righteous by God's grace through faith as testified by changed lives. It is a spectacle when more people reproduce the character of God and his power in the way in which they apply themselves in every situation they are called upon. In other words, we are aliens to the nature of God and its virtues no matter how much we may try to discover our own way to it. It is through His will that the Holy Spirit gives each one a gift or more that our faith may not be void of His fruit.

God is God in our yesterday, today and always. What He did in the past, He still does the same even today. The word of prophecy, the testimony of Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives are never empty of wonders, signs and achieving power (miracles) from God. If we believed in something, wouldn’t we invest more and if not all in it to show how much it’s worth to us? That is how much we mean to God when He still miraculously confirms His Word in our lives.
