By my understanding, the references in the book of Esther to King Ahasuerus (whose wife Esther became) are speaking of the Persian king more commonly known as Xerxes I, who lived from approximately 518 BC until August of 465 BC, when he was assassinated.

Historical sources indicate that Cyrus the Great was actually the grandfather of Xerxes I through Cyrus' son Darius I. Cyrus died in 530 BC, and thus completely pre-dated both the life and reign of Xerxes I. Cyrus therefore could not have been Xerxes I's son (either by Esther or by any other woman).

The only reference that I could find to a possible child of Xerxes I and Esther was a daughter named Amytis, who was given in marriage to the Persian general Megabyzus.
