Why do Christians curse the rulers of their people?

When we, as Christians, vehemently oppose the political philosophy and decisions of our leaders, are we sinning against God? When we malign the character, integrity and performance of our leaders, are we cursing them?

Exodus 22:28

ESV - 28 You shall not revile God, nor curse a ruler of your people.

A timely question, humbly submitting a few thoughts for consideration.

Nations and rulers are given a limited authority by God. As long as those authorities continue to enact laws that defend protect human dignity without diminishing the authority of God, a Christian is obligated and compelled to comply, "as if unto God."

But what are the responsibilities in submitting to IMMORALLY OR ILLEGALLY GOTTEN GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITY or when laws or regulations are in direct conflict with Christian belief? If any nation or ruler demands absolute obedience to laws that are contrary to God's authority, then a Christian has a higher responsibility to lovingly stand against these untruths.

A believer is repeatedly exhorted to demonstrate a patient kind of love to his neighbor or even enemy, coupled with dignity and respect. (Romans 13:1-5) Provides a practical example where Paul utilized rhetoric rather than rebellion when compelled to plead his case to the Jewish or Roman rulers of his day. Like Jesus, Paul's opposition to the STATE manifested through doggedly clinging to the TRUTH.

Some may draw their entire theology concerning our relationship with authority from (Romans 13:1-5) failing to consider the whole tenor of Scripture. (Romans 13:1-5) for instance, cannot be isolated from (Ephesians 6:11-12) or (Revelation 13:4-5) or several other passages. To do so would be to render irrelevant all those SAINTS over the millennia who resisted unjust laws and evil at the hands of tyrants. When Paul says that "Jesus is Lord," he refers to his loyalty to JESUS above Caesar or State as per Roman law, citizens were required to call Caesar "Lord."

THE PRINCE OF THE POWER OF THE AIR: "The Secret History of the Shadow Campaign that Saved the 2020 Election," the following prideful boosting words published by Time.

"There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes, one that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs. Both were the result of an informal alliance between left-wing activists and business titans. Their work touched every aspect of the election. They got states to change voting systems and laws and helped secure hundreds of millions in public and private funding. They fended off voter suppression lawsuits, recruited armies of poll workers and got millions of people to vote by mail for the first time. They successfully pressured social media companies to take a harder line against disinformation and used data driven strategies to fight viral smears. They executed national public awareness campaigns that helped Americans understand how the vote count would unfold over days or weeks, preventing conspiracy theories and false claims of victory from getting more traction."

"This well funded cabal of powerful people, across industries and ideologies, working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules or laws, steering media coverage while controlling the flow of information," so they rigged an election and then boosted about it.

Bottom line:
I humbly submit that by their gangsterization of GOD's moral path they have cursed themselves; thus will receive their coming just rewards. Now some English speaking Christians have confused Christ’s command to love others with being CIVIL as if that were the only attribute of God. This doctrinal malpractice has given us a generation, as C.S. Jack Lewis said are “men without chests". The real highest calling of a Christian is not to be civil; it is to be fearless salt and light 24/7.

We are on a asymmetrical landscape battling a diabolically deceptive enemy minions within every fiber of civil society. Silencing any questions with the heavy therapeutic totalitarian CABAL boot. Wake up, pay attention to their vile fruit and eyes, it's past time to start wearing out those carpets with bent knee prayers friends.

Just like our for bearers did. (Galatians 4:16)
