How is God "clearly seen" in this world? (Romans 1:19–20)

Romans 1:20 says," For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:"(NIV)

What if someone has never heard the Gospel of Christ, will he be eternally lost? Is it fair to condemn people who have never even heard about Christ?

Romans 1:18 - 32

ESV - 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who by their unrighteousness suppress the truth. 19 For what can be known about God is plain to them, because God has shown it to them.

“When we witness to people, we don’t have to worry about proving God’s existence. According to this verse, God makes Himself evident, open, and plain to everyone. He literally placed evidence “in them.” [Ro 1:19] Apparently God placed a knowledge of Himself within all men—inside their minds, in their hearts, in the very core of their being.” -- Jud Davis

Ro 1:19-20 Though they may suppress the truth, people are without excuse. Whether a man lives in Timbuktu or Dallas, he knows something about God because God’s invisible attributes, that is, his eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen (Ro 1:20) Human beings cannot see God, but we can see God’s effects. Consider the wind: even though we cannot see the wind, we know it’s there because its effects are obvious. Creation testifies to the existence, greatness, power, and glory of God (see Ps 19:1-6). The Miraculous Human Body
“The average human heart pumps over 1,000 gallons a day, over 55 million gallons in a lifetime. This is enough to fill 13 super tankers. It never sleeps, beating 2.5 billion times in a lifetime. The lungs contain 1,000 miles of capillaries. The process of exchanging oxygen for carbon dioxide is so complicated that Dr. John Medina, genetic engineer, University of Washington, says, "It is more difficult to exchange O2 for CO2 than for a man shot out of a cannon to carve the Lord's Prayer on the head of a pin as he passes by.

“DNA contains about 2,000 genes per chromosome—1.8 meters of DNA are folded into each cell nucleus. A nucleus is 6 microns long. This is like putting 30 miles of fishing line into a cherry pit. And it isn't simply stuffed in. It is folded in. If folded one way, the cell becomes a skin cell. If another way, a liver cell, and so forth. To write out the information in one cell would take 300 volumes, each volume 500 pages thick. The human body contains enough DNA that if it were stretched out, it would circle the sun 260 times.

“The body uses energy efficiently. If an average adult rides a bike for 1 hour at 10 mph, it uses the amount of energy contained in 3 ounces of carbohydrate. If a car were this efficient with gasoline, it would get 900 miles to the gallon. EVERY day that you wake up, nature is preaching a sermon.” - Dr. Tony Evans, a delightful classmate of mine at Dallas Theological Seminary.

Titus 2:11-14, "You see God's grace has been revealed to save the whole human race; it has taught us that we should give up everything contrary to true religion and all our worldly passions; we should be self restrained and live upright and religious lives in this present world. Waiting in hope for the blessing which will come with the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ."

God does not leave Himself without a witness. At any time we are surrounded by a great cloud of witnesses. Jesus declared that His words would never pass away. Matthew 24:35

False prophets may deceive many, but His own know His voice. He is with us we have the Holy Spirit in US.

His voice is within us.

First, as an introductory side note, I would say that my faith in God includes a belief that (based on His omniscience) He will judge all humans who have ever lived with perfect, uncontestable equity, so that even those who are eternally lost will be unable to dispute His judgment.

Also, I would say that, despite the invisibility of God Himself, Paul is referring to the evidence of God's existence and power that is visible and available to all. But (as Paul said) it was the sinfulness and wickedness of humans (particularly their pride -- which is at the root of all human sin -- that did not want to recognize a Being greater than themselves) that caused them to suppress or pervert that knowledge through the worship of objects that they themselves had made, or other creatures rather than the Creator.

I found the following article to be a particularly useful discussion of this subject: https://www.blueletterbible.org/faq/don_stewart/don_stewart_377.cfm
