How has God’s name and praise reached "the ends of the earth"? (Psalm 48:10)

Psalm 48:10 As your name, O God,
so your praise reaches to the ends of the earth.
Your right hand is filled with righteousness.

Psalms 48:1 - 14

ESV - 1 Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised in the city of our God! His holy mountain. 2 Beautiful in elevation, is the joy of all the earth, Mount Zion, in the far north, the city of the great King.

To me, the thought being expressed in the cited verse is similar to Paul's teaching in Romans 1:20 that, even if individuals had never explicitly heard the gospel, God had still provided them a witness to Himself through such external factors as the majesty and orderliness of the universe, as well as the internal voice of conscience.

In those respects, knowledge of Him did indeed reach to the farthest extents of earth, even in Old Testament times, or in locations that may never have been the specific focus of Christian evangelism. (And, of course, that has been increasingly true through modern means of communication and contact that did not exist in the Biblical era.)
