No, Robert, though some rabbis thought she was a twin, I don't believe so. In the Book of Genesis, Dinah (Hebrew: דִּינָה, 'judged'; 'vindicated') was the seventh child and only daughter of Leah and Jacob. Read Genesis.
Jacob worked for his wives in Genesis chapter 29. In Genesis 29:31-32, Leah bore a son for Jacob. She named him Reuben. She said that the Lord had seen her affliction. Jacob did not love her. “Now,” she thought, “my husband will love me!” In Genesis 29:33, Leah presented Jacob with another son, and called his name Simeon. Leah, in Genesis 29:34, believed that Jacob would become attached to her when she bore a third boy. This child's name was Levi. Leah again conceived a son, and she said, "Now I will praise the Lord," and called his name Judah. Then Leah stopped bearing children. Until... In Genesis chapter 30, Jacob and Leah spent the night together. Then Leah conceived and gave Jacob a fifth son. His name was Issachar. This woman really wanted her husband to love her. Leah conceived and bore son number six. She declared, "God has endowed me with a good endowment; now my husband will dwell with me, because I have borne him six sons." The boy was named Zebulun. After all this, Leah carried a girl child, and her name was Dinah. Then God remembered Rachel. As if Jacob did not have enough children, he had more with Rachel, and her maid and Leah's maid. So, no, I do not see anywhere that Dinah was a twin. But Jacob was a very busy man!
