Moses in Deuteronomy spoke to the people in chapter 31. He said, "Be strong, fear not," for God was with them and He would never leave them.

Remember that this is true today also, for everyone who has faith!

Paul in jail facing death, in the book of Philippians, was able to sing. The theme of the book is joy!

Job 14:1: "Yet man who is born of woman is of few days and full of trouble."

Psalm 22:1,2: is quoted by Jesus as he hung on the cross. See Matthew 27:46 and Mark 15:34.

James 1:2: My brethren count it all joy when you fall into various trials knowing that the testing of your faith proves patience."

In the book of Philippians, we see Paul in prison, facing death, yet full of joy, declaring "Rejoice!"

Matthew 6:34: "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble."

We live in a fallen world!

Matthew 7:14: "Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life and there are few that find it."

It is the same today, but, a believer has the Spirit within for belp.

1 Peter 5:8,9: "Be sober, vigilant because your adversary, the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. Resist him steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world."

Trouble, difficulty, trials, problems, testing, anxiety, life is full! But never forget, one day all will be made clear.

1 Corinthians 10:12: "For now we see in a mirror, dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part, but then I shall know just as I am known."

Revelation 22:7: "Behold, I am coming quickly! Blessed is he who keeps the words of the prophecy of this book."
