Has God broken His covenant with man, that He shall never again flood the earth? Why are many people dying because of floods all over the world today?

Genesis 9:15

ESV - 15 I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh.

Unfortunately the earth was cursed along with Adam and Eve. Once Christ comes back, He will set all things right. Heaven will come down to earth, and we will all live for eternity here, on a fully redeemed and restored planet.

However, until then, natural disasters will still occur. Flooding, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, solar flares, droughts, heatwaves - they're all connected to the fall.

What God promised was to not blot out the entire planet with a flood that would destroy all living things as He did with Noah. He has held true to that, and will certainly always hold true to that.

My humble opinion is NO, the convergence of natural forces that we witness before our eyes, is but a cosmic calling card of the great I AM.
His Word speaks of a future season when nature itself seems to be in rebellion against man's feeble ability to forecast, let alone control it.
That He will shake everything that can be shaken, so that what can not be shaken will stand, as a sign to His people to draw near and look up.

In the Lord's freedom to see the seasons...warrior on

The Holy Bible in Genesis 9: 15
15 I will remember my covenant between me and you and all living creatures of every kind. Never again will the waters become a flood to destroy all life.

The above scripture clearly states that GOD will never again DESTROY ALL LIFE through a flood as he did it in Noah time. To know more how GOD brought Flood and destroyed the world, please see the below passage.

Gen 7:11-12
11 In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, on the seventeenth day of the second month—on that day all the springs of the great deep burst forth, and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. 12 And rain fell on the earth forty days and forty nights..

The answer for your question is NO, GOD did not break his covenant, as GOD is faithful in keeping HIS promise. We see only certain regions get floods and natural disasters happens but not all the life on earth is destroyed as it happened in Noah time.

GOD is not lacking in keeping HIS promise. As the scripture says in Deuteronomy 7: 8-10 AMP:

8 But because the Lord loves you and because He would keep the oath which He had sworn to your fathers, the Lord has brought you out with a mighty hand and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. 9 Know, recognize, and understand therefore that the Lord your God, He is God, the faithful God, Who keeps covenant and steadfast love and mercy with those who love Him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations, 10 And repays those who hate Him to their face, by destroying them; He will not be slack to him who hates Him, but will requite him to his face.

In the above scriptures we see GOD divine attributes. GOD be the Glory. AMEN.

Please the scriptures below that points about the present heavens and earth have been stored up for Fire.

2 Peter 3: 6-8
6 By these waters also the world of that time was deluged and destroyed. 7 By the same word the present heavens and earth are reserved for fire, being kept for the day of judgment and destruction of the ungodly.

My humble answer is that, in addition, the present natural disasters are also a sign of the second coming of Christ, as promised in Matthew 24:6-8 KJV
[6] And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. [7] For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. [8] All these are the beginning of sorrows.
So all things like flooding, earthquakes, tornadoes and elements of the weather are pointing mankind to the end. It is also as consequence of the abuse of the Earth and it's resources. Pollution in several places, wanton destruction of forests and the general destruction of the environment for profit makes the Earth reek and generate these disasters.
