Why are we as humans unable to see spirits and angels?

I heard it was because of when Adam sinned by eating the apple. We died by spirit, meaning we no longer could see God physically or angels, either. Other people told me it was because we are born of flesh which hinders our way of seeing them.

Can someone please explain this to me?

Designed by the Creator as a form of cosmic protection for His creation, requiring something special from Him to gain even visual access.

Scripture makes clear we're not to use any demonic new age means to access these dimensions as the danger is so great to human kind. Genesis 6:4

The field of particle physics has totally altered our conceptions of reality. Scientists now tell us that the universe is a digital simulation within a much larger reality and consists of at least ten dimensions. Numbers 22:31

Four of which we know and experience at present with our feeble technologies, are what we call miracles really a transfer of matter from another unseen dimension into our own.?.......Genesis 21:19

Some investigators believe that much of what we call paranormal phenomena is simply trans dimensional episodes within that larger reality.
