Is the "hour of grace" Biblical?
Is it true that 4 am is the hour of grace? I'm not sure that this is biblical, but I have heard that 12 am to 4 am is when darkness is most active and that 4 am is when angels come. Is this true and don't believers have angels assigned to them 24/7?

I have never heard of this but I know of a pastor who gets up at 4 am everyday, prays, and then writes a blog which goes all over the world by 6 am. He has always risen early to pray for his ministry and it is evident by its results.
