When talking about the prophet Isaiah in the Bible, yes. Esaias and Isaiah are two ways of expressing the same name, and depending on the version of the Bible you're reading, you'll find one of these two. The KJV uses "Esaias" instead of Isaiah in the NT as we read in Luke 4:17:

17 And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written...

Here's the Greek word origin (G2268) indicating if's derived from the original Hebrew: 
Hesaias | hay-sah-ee'-as |
of Hebrew origin (Ysha`yah STRONG_H3470); Hesaias (i.e. Jeshajah), an Israelite:--Esaias.

Here is the same verse in the NIV:

17 and the scroll of the prophet Isaiah was handed to him. Unrolling it, he found the place where it is written:
