How could Moses, a man, go forty days without food or water?

The same way Jesus did during his wilderness temptation. He was able to do without food and water enabled by the power of God's spirit. Jesus walked upon the water enabled by the same power of God's Spirit. Our God can enable us to do anything he asks of us by the power of His Spirit! Anything!

Although the Bible doesn't tell us, I believe that God sustained Moses during those forty days of fasting.
