The Bible is its own best resource. According to the following Scriptures God's throne is definitely in Heaven. The sons of God, the angels and His servant, Satan must appear before His throne on a regular basis for instructions. (Matt 18:10, 1Ki 22:19)

In Ps 103:19, it plainly states that the LORD has placed His throne in Heaven. Continuing through the end of the Psalm, the angels, the warrior host, and the works are to bless the LORD.

In 1Ki 22:15-23, God used a lying spirit to defeat King Ahab. Again, the scene in the Throne Room is described as God is dispatching His messenger. Just to make sure we received the message, God graciously repeated it in 2Chr 18:14-23.

ALL THINGS are under the feet of Jesus Christ according to Eph 1:18-22. Everything and everyone is subject to Him. There is nothing that happens to us without Jesus' express permission, He already has a plan for your ultimate redemption.

While Satan may be attacking, he had to go and ask God if he could. God is just waiting to see what you will do. (Gen22:12)
