What is meant by "we shall not all sleep"?

1 Corinthians 15:51 - 52

ESV - 51 Behold! I tell you a mystery. We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed. 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we shall be changed.

Actually, John 3:13 teaches that no man but Jesus has AS YET been raptured to Heaven. They are still asleep, awaiting the first resurrection Secondly the second resurrection is not for "Noah, Abraham, David, Job, Moses and an untold number of faithful followers" as a previous writer has suggested. The second resurrection is for the unsaved at the end of the 1,000 years.
