What do the friends of the Shulamite woman mean by saying, "We will extol your love more than wine?"

What does extol mean in this context?

Song of Solomon 1:4

ESV - 4 Draw me after you; let us run. The king has brought me into his chambers. We will exult and rejoice in you; we will extol your love more than wine; rightly do they love you.

The Hebrew word used here (transliterated into English as "nazkirah") has a basic literal meaning of "remember", but can have associated meanings of "commemorate" or "celebrate". In addition to those terms, various translations of the verse also render the word as the following:

praise (which would probably be closest in meaning to "extol");
value;
find;
make mention of;
adore;
keep in memory.

However it may be expressed, the sense of the verse pertains to the friends of the Shulamite woman speaking very positively of her love for the king, and characterizing it as being more praiseworthy or of greater value than fine wine.
