A moral dilemma: I have information that could be used to help protect the innocent from danger. Many feel this information is of public safety "right" to know not just "need" to know. At the same time releasing of the information will mean throwing a loved one under the bus. I have learned, and the bible backs this up, nothing stays hidden forever. It is just a matter of time before the information will be public knowledge. My "sleep killer" is: What if someone gets hurt and the information I hold could have prevented it? To cap it off I'm not the only one with this info but fall out from "snitching" would impact my shoulders far less.
