Have I rejected the holy Spirit?

While I was thinking to myself yesterday, I thought to myself, "I reject the Holy Spirit." I don't truly, but am having a hard time feeling concerned/bad (numb) and I don't know if this is a good or bad thing. I refuse to say it out loud and declare it, but I feel like it's too late to turn back to God.
