This is an interesting question that involves man paying homage or obeisance to a God or King of a domain or kingdom.
Performing this includes sacrifice of time, personality and humility of heart in offering the worship process.
In the days of our old Patriach was sacrifice of animals that involve blood part of worship, but thanks be to God through the Lord Jesus Christ that shed His blood once and for all to approach. So any form of worship that brings about sacrifice of animals is abolished.
The fact of the matter is that our worship must be in SPIRIT and TRUTH.
